Jordan Yarett
Mr. Yarett has over 40 years of experience as an attorney and business advisor as one of the premier whole business securitization and esoteric securitization attorneys on Wall Street. Mr. Yarett has spent his career creating and structuring monetization transactions involving patents, licenses and drug royalty programs. Mr. Yarett was the lead attorney in creating two groundbreaking monetization's of two cancer related drugs while representing Memorial Sloan Kettering. This particular transaction included both domestic and foreign rights to MSK’s patents. Mr. Yarett has also structured, monetization rights related to various vaccines and domestic biotech companies. Mr. Yarett has also monetized clean energy loans, trademarks, national sports broadcast rights deals (MLB), entertainment companies (Miramax and Dick Clark Productions), private equity interests, cell tower leases and created the template for monetizing franchise restaurant systems royalty streams (Dunkin Donuts). Mr. Yarett represented the FDIC on many transactions emanating from the Financial Crisis of 2008-2009 and most recently assisted state public utility commissions in overseeing utilities issuing public bonds to pay for costs relating to catastrophic weather and wildfires. Mr. Yarett received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania where he was Comment Editor of the Law Review.
