Thomas has over 20 years of experience in the securitization industry covering a wide range of assets from prime and subprime mortgages and autos to esoteric assets such as aircraft and cell tower easements. He was most recently Vice President, Head of Securitization, Treasury for DFC Global Corp. Prior to DFC he worked for Brean Capital as a Managing Director in the Securitization Group. Thomas was at UBS as Head of the US Consumer ABS Group where he managed the firm’s ABS relationships and originated and executed ABS transactions. He was also responsible for managing and restructuring UBS’s ABS warehouse lending facilities during the Financial Crisis. As a founding senior member of Barclay Capital’s Term ABS Group, Thomas was instrumental in building Barclay’s ABS business. He has also worked in the securitization groups at JPMorgan Chase, Salomon Brothers and Bank of America.
